1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any games or services provided by MOLIP Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please cease using our services immediately.

2. Service Description

We offer mobile games including hyper-casual and hybrid-casual genres: Pizza Ready!, Burger Please!, Coffee Break, Donut Inc., Burger Simulator!, and Pizza Simulator!

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
• Users under 18 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. License Grant

MOLIP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

5. Account Information

• Keep your account and login information confidential.
• Notify MOLIP immediately of any security breaches.
• MOLIP may delete accounts inactive for over 180 days without notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works
• Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Uploading malicious software or compromising our systems

7. In-App Purchases and Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Virtual items have no real-world value and may be modified or discontinued.
• Transfer or sale of virtual items outside MOLIP's services is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and features within our services are owned by MOLIP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOLIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms
